By strictly following the original agenda, the UN would not achieve their goals in Western Sahara. An agreement which both parties can accept can only be reached at the negotiating table. As one immediate action, the repeated violations of the cease fire has to be addressed. The Special Representative Manz is convinced that the UN will be able to retake the initiative in this complex process.
