Vincent Juillerat

Vincent Juillerat, born 1979, MA, studied contemporary history and political science at the University of Fribourg. Master of advanced studies (MAS) in International Humanitarian Law at the University of Geneva. Master thesis in contemporary history on the humanitarian policy of the ICRC in India and Pakistan at the time of their independence (1947-1950). Master thesis in public international law on the legal basis of successor states of the former Yugoslavia. 2009 and 2010 political analyst at KFOR Headquarters in Pristina (Kosovo). Since January 2011 academic researcher for the Diplomatic Documents of Switzerland.

Switzerland's foreign relations with the states on the northern and eastern shore of the Mediterranean (Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus), Switzerland's relations with international organisations such as the UN and the ICRC, Security Policy.
